Due to the current situation, our refund policy for returns is store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping cost*

To start a return, you can fill out a return request (Find the link on the bottom of the homepage ). If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IN STORE PICKUP 

In store pickup return policy is One day from the pickup date for store credit only.

The package must be picked up within 5 days of when you received the email that the order is ready, in order for us to honor a return.

Orders not picked up within 6 days are final sale.
