Return & Exchange Policy 

Here at Royal Kids Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority which is why our goal is to ensure that you’re pleased with your purchase. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please read our refund and exchange policies below:

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact.  Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets. 

We do not accept returns hair accessories, hats, caps, and swimsuits. All hair accessories, hats, caps, and swimsuit sales are final sale. 

 

Items purchased with store pickup return policy: 

In-store pickup Policy - Once the item is picked up, You have up to two days to return it for store credit only.
 

Online shipping policy

All items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving, for a store credit.

(Items should be back in the store within 5 days)

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. 

 

Please note we do not take responsibility for Lost and Stolen Packages.
